"It was fine, house was cute but filled with Knick knacks which kind felt like staying at your grandmas house. Like look but don’t touch anything. Not sure what they meant by walk to old town, everything we did for food, etc was 8-10 minute drive. The streets have no street lights so walking anywhere at night was out. Worked as a base to visit redwoods np and tidal pools which is what we wanted"

"FANTASTIC VIEW OF PUDDING CREEK AND IT'S CRITTERS (OTTERS, RACCOONS, EGRETS). NEED TO TRIM TASSEL BUSH IN FRONT OF ROOM SINCE IT NOW BLOCKS HALF OF THE LAGOON VIEW. ALSO ADJUSTABLE DESK CHAIR BROKEN: WONT RISE UP MAKING USE AT DESK VERY DIFFICULT. COULD USE MORE COFFEE PODS IN ROOM SINCE NO DAILY MAID SERVICE."

"We enjoyed our stay in room 319 which had a nice view of the water and wharf. Make sure you ask for a room away from highway one. The staff was very friendly and we appreciated the coffee, tea and hot chocolate provided in the lobby. The bed was comfortable and we had nice thick towels. The shower pressure was weak."

"The room was spacious and clean. It was mostly quiet and bed was comfy. Furnishings were a bit shopworn. Breakfast offerings were limited-4 cold cereals, oatmeal packets, a little fruit, bagels or toast, and juices. Overall a decent stay that met our needs. Back if building is currently being re-sided but did not hear construction noises from our particular room."
